Alita is a Senior Hydrogeologist with over 15 years’ experience in hydrogeology, dewatering, hydrology, geotech, geochemistry, hydraulics and soils science.
Her knowledge incorporates hydrogeological aspects for major pipeline, mining and infrastructure projects around:
Alita’s experience covers Greenfield and Brownfield operations, leading multi-disciplinary teams to maintain and manage all aspects of site water management processes and investigations. She has experience working for major mining companies, local, state and federal governments, as well as commercial and industrial organisations throughout Australia and West Africa.
She has provided hydrogeological support to geotechnical investigations of highwall and embankment stability and seepage loss and has demonstrated skills in hydraulic design, installs, management and maintenance of dewatering and water supply infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Anoos is an experienced and solution focused mechanical engineer with a long-standing career of 12 years with a global industrial equipment manufacturer before joining Vexa.
He has extensive experience in designing fluid mixing equipment for mineral processing plants, water & wastewater treatment plants and industrial plants as per the relevant standards and project specifications. Anoos is a skilled professional in 3D CAD modelling of industrial equipment on large projects and performing finite element analysis (FEA).
He has substantial experience in planning, designing and delivering all types of civil infrastructure, with a particular focus on water utilities.
He has a strong focus on collaboration, negotiation and partnering to achieve high quality and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Amir is a Principle Water Engineer with a strong background in Fluid Mechanics and Hydraulic Modelling.
He has experience working for different Consultancy Engineering Companies in Middle East, China and Australia. With over 15 years’ experience, he was part of different designing and project delivery teams for different water projects including municipal water supply systems, water/wastewater treatment plants, water/wastewater pumping stations, water/wastewater transmission pipelines, mine water supply systems, mine dewatering systems and slurry transfer systems.
He is fully experienced in developing of specifications, data sheets, P&ID’s, schedules, and detailed designing of water systems.
Qualifications:
Patryk is a Senior Mechanical Engineer experienced in design, plastics, and sheet metals. He has an outstanding technical capacity, articulate communication skills, an obvious passion for Engineering and knowledge in the new advanced technologies and methodologies gained in world class engineering environments.
Prior to joining Vexa, Patryk worked with various lead manufacturing companies throughout Europe.

Emma is a mechanical engineer with over 6 years’ experience in the design and management of water and wastewater engineering projects. Her areas of expertise include:
Emma has experience in both greenfield and brownfield operations and her project portfolio varies from concept design through to detailed design. Her focus has been on pipeline design, route option analysis and constructability assessment, pump selection, hydraulic and water hammer analysis of pipeline systems and multi-disciplinary engineering co-ordination and project management. She has experience working with the principal water and wastewater suppliers in Western Australia (WA), and major mining companies also in WA.
Qualifications:
Tom is a Mechanical Engineer with a range of experience in design, fabrication, and project management. Tom’s skill set enables him to work proactively in developing products that are robust and effectively provide the requirements expressed by our clients.
Tom has been working as a mechanical engineer for over 5 years with experience both on and off site.

Throughout Richard’s career over the past 20 years as a successful leader and instigator of continuous improvement, he has demonstrated a broad range of experience in leading and supervising mechanical fitting and maintenance teams both onsite and offsite.
